SHIPMENT

The products purchased in wimewear.com will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.

We will start managing your order following the receipt of your payment. Every order shall be processed  within a period of 1 to 2 working days.

After receiving the payment, properly authorised, we will send you an email with a confirmation of your order which shall contain all the details and products of the order.

Following the shipment of your order, we or the transport company will send you an email confirmation, this containing the tracking number of your order and also information about the shipping company, so as you to be able to track your shipment easily. If you do not receive the above mentioned email, please check your spam folder because it may be there. If you do not receive any email, please, contact us to info@wimewear.com .

On saturdays, sundays and holidays there will be not shipments.

The delay in delivering shall not imply  cancellation nor compensation. Please, note that orders may be delayed due to bureaucracy, custom formalities or force majeure circumstances.An order is considered to be receipt from the moment when the carrier hands the package/s to the recipient and the latter signs the document of acceptance of the delivery. It is the responsibility of the client to verify the state of the goods at the time of the delivery, indicating any anomaly in the delivery note.

Delivery time:

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Estimated times, counting from the mailing date are:

 

  • 1 to 4 working days Mainland Spain.

 

  • 4 to 5 days rest of Spain.

These times are subject to stock availability. We will always keep the information about stock availability up to date. Nevertheless, if an error occurs and a product you have purchased is out of stock, do not worry at all, we will contact you and give you a solution.

Wime will not be responsable for the delays caused by the delivery company.

 

RETURNS

We work hard to fulfil your expectations providing you a high quality service. To that end, we guarantee that the information about our products contained in this website is totally reality-based.

Any product purchased in this website can be returned within the period of 7 days from the date of the delivery.

You shall not need to provide any justification nor explanation. The return of any item that has been purchased in wimewear.com shall be accepted ,as long as the product is sealed, with its original labels and in perfect conditions.

Products shall be returned to the address provided at the end of this text.

Wime commits itself to make the refund within a maximum period of 4 days from the receipt of the returned product.

Before proceeding to the return, you shall contact and inform us. For any enquiries regarding the return of a product, please, contact us to info@wimewear.com .

If the reason for the return is a defective product or a product different from the one requested in the order, Wime shall be responsible for the cost of the return and new shipping.  If the only reason for the return is that the products contained in the order do not satisfy the customer, we will refund  the money but shall not be responsible for the cost of the return and the new shipping.
